Our & Testimonials
Knowledge is power, we have been empowered by scrutinizing and coming up with possible solutions...One loophole our culture has is the lack of documentation, however by this document our work shall be enlightened to a greater extent. I actually call these guidelines 'development encompasses.' From now on-wards, North is North for all of us and with that, it is hoped that the journey shall be pleasant. On behalf of the communities, i am truly grateful over the work of the Midlands Working Group supported by CCMT in fostering peace in our communities. It's nice to rule happy people.
How do we strike a balance between the interests of both the communities and the public? The team that came up with the document has made a serious effort to strike that balance and we want to look at what they have produced. We benefited from the resources that have been made available for this process, but the product is ours...as local authorities, we will go make some efforts to mainstream the content of that document into our systems
CCMT taught us that dialogue is very important in managing Irrigation schemes and through dialogue we get to share the same vision. This has helped us do much and now we have a proper planning and programming in our schemes. Through CCMT intervention we now have increased production.
